How do I unsubscribe from emails or texts?

You can easily unsubscribe from emails or texts. Just follow the steps below to update the communication preferences we have saved for you.

• Scroll to the preferences section at the bottom of the page

You can select how you want us to keep in touch and also what updates you'd like to hear about. Please bear in mind that even when you unsubscribe from certain communications, there are still some messages that we're legally obliged to send to help you manage your loan.
